GAIA is the Greek word for Mother Earth. GAIA Ventures is a multipronged movement with a mission to mainstream Sustainability and sustainable development. We are a young team of very passionate professionals who love the work they do! We believe Sustainability is no more an option and therefore must take precedence in the goal sheets of businesses as well as individuals. Our dream is to make sustainability accessible to all!
BuzzOnEarth is the media arm of GAIA and has its audiences in 183 countries and 5,800+ cities globally. EarthGeeks is the initiative of BuzzOnEarth for the student community and aims to build next-generation sustainability leaders through hands-on involvement of the students and educators globally.
About the Founder
GAYATRI CHAUHAN
Gayatri is the Founder of GAIA Ventures. She has 14+ years of experience across Sustainability Consulting, Strategic tie-ups, Brand management and Market development.
Gayatri is a TEDx speaker and a fellow of the Swedish Institute on Sustainability and Leadership. She is an alumnus of IIT Roorkee and holds an MBA from ISB Hyderabad. She is also empanelled as a faculty at United States Green Building Council. She is an accredited professional on Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and a globally renowned speaker on Sustainability and Climate change.
